Vicki Leigh always knew she would some day make beautiful things with her hands.  Growing up in Arizona impressed a potent awareness of sunlight in nature on her view of the world.  While she was busy raising a gifted daughter and a special son, and working in hospital administration and a family-run automotive business, she was always aware of the arts inherent to the culture of the sunny Southwest.  Her affinity for glass started with her mother’s collection of antique glass apothecary jars and depression bowls and her own collection of glass marbles. Later she created mobiles and unique jewelry with glass beads. When her children were older, she took a stained glass workshop, and knew she had found the perfect creative outlet to express her love of light shining through colored glass.

Vicki takes pride in making one-of-a-kind, hand wrought, stained glass artworks in her sunny Arizona studio. Her original pieces can be found in many private collections, as well as residences, businesses and corporate offices. Her artisan glass works are inspired by shapes in nature, photos of her garden, and her travels, and custom designs commissioned by her patrons.
